Our property management business was established in 1990 in Annapolis,
Maryland to service our real estate investor customer. We also assist many
military customers who need someone to manage their property while away
on tour of duty.
We are not a large company, we handle less than 50 properties, a number
which we feel we can manage effectively. We know all of our tenants and
the property owners. Our procedure is not complicated, we just take a little
extra time in getting the right tenant for your property.
Our success is due to a strict
standard of receiving the rent payment on the first of month. If the rent is paid on the 2nd , it's late. If it's not received by the 5th of the month,
we automatically file for a court judgment, followed by a 2nd judgment and eviction if necessary. You would not believe the excuses we get for late
payments, but our policy of not excepting any excuse had been the best policy for our customers. We offer complete Realtor services, including buying
and selling property, sales, leasing and property management.
